Best mortgage CRM software in 2026: 11 platforms on what you actually pay.

Every price below was read off the vendor’s own pricing page on 8 September 2026, with setup fees and seat minimums included, or is marked as a quote. Every LOS integration is named, not implied. And because loan officers say things in forums that vendors never put on a website, the Reddit verdicts are here too. TheBigBot is on the list; we have said where the others win.

Best mortgage CRM: 11 platforms on what you actually pay. Per-seat vs flat pricing, named LOS integrations, and what loan officers say on Reddit. Shape, BNTouch, Surefire, Jungo, Total Expert.
Short answer

There is no single best mortgage CRM, and any page that names one is selling it. For a solo loan officer who only needs a CRM, Shape at $119 per user and Jungo’s Mortgage App at $119 are the cheapest credible options that publish a price. For a team of two to ten, BNTouch at $95 per user is the strongest per-seat deal, and a flat plan stops the bill growing with headcount. For an enterprise lender, Surefire and Total Expert are built for that scale and priced by quote. For a Salesforce shop, Jungo or Financial Services Cloud at $325 per user. TheBigBot is the flat-price option, $197 or $497 a month for unlimited users, and the only one here that also builds the website, answers the phone and runs the campaigns.

01 · How this was put together

Our methodology, and our bias.

TheBigBot is one of the eleven products on this page. Read the rest of it knowing that. What we can offer instead of neutrality is a comparison where the other tools are described accurately and the cases they win are named, because a guide where the author wins every category is worth nothing to a buyer, and everybody can tell.

Every platform is compared on the four things that decide the real cost of ownership: how the vendor charges (per seat, per call, or flat), whether the price is published, which loan origination systems it names, and what you still have to buy separately once it is installed. Where a vendor publishes a setup fee or a minimum seat count, it is in the table, because that is where the real bill diverges from the headline.

On sourcing: Jungo, BNTouch, Bonzo, Follow Up Boss, Zeitro, Salesforce and TheBigBot publish prices on their own sites, and those are the figures used. Shape publishes tiers but not numbers; the $119 figure is from Shape’s own blog. Surefire, Total Expert and Lendware do not publish pricing at all, and we say so rather than quoting a number a competitor made up. Mloflo’s figure comes from Capterra because the vendor’s pricing page would not load. Everything was checked on 8 September 2026. If something is wrong, tell us and we will correct it, including where the correction favours a competitor.

One thing every page currently ranking for this search has in common: none of them names an LOS per vendor, states a setup fee, cites an MBA or ICE number, or quotes a loan officer who has used the software. Pipedrive’s guide lists Google Sheets, Trello and Notion as mortgage CRMs. This page exists because loan officers deserve better than that.

02 · The seat maths

What the monthly bill looks like as the team grows.

Per-seat pricing is fine at one seat and punishing at ten. This is the published price of each platform multiplied by the number of people who need a login.

Open full size to zoom Line chart: monthly software bill by number of seats at published September 2026 prices. BNTouch rises from $165 at one seat to $950 at ten; Shape and Jungo App from $119 to $1,190; Bonzo Solo from $150 to $1,500; TheBigBot stays flat at $197. From three seats every per-seat option costs more than the flat plan.
BNTouch: $165 solo, $95 per user on the team plan, which needs two seats. Shape: $119 per user (Shape blog). Jungo Mortgage App: $119 per user, monthly. Bonzo: $150 per solo seat. TheBigBot: $197 flat, unlimited users. Setup fees excluded: BNTouch $125 solo or $95 per team seat, Jungo $299, TheBigBot $499. Surefire, Total Expert and Lendware are quote-only and cannot be plotted.

Read the chart from the left. At one seat, four of the five options are cheaper than the flat plan, and we say so plainly: a solo loan officer who only needs a CRM should not pay $197 for one. At two seats BNTouch is still $7 cheaper, at $190, and the other two have already crossed. From three seats every per-seat option costs more than the flat plan. By five seats a per-seat CRM costs two and a half to four times as much, and by ten seats the gap is $750 to $1,300 a month, before setup fees, before the website, before anybody answers the phone.

That is the whole argument for flat pricing, and it is also its limit. If you are one person and will stay one person, ignore it.

Eleven mortgage CRMs, on price and honesty about price.

Checked 8 September 2026 on each vendor’s pricing page unless stated. Shape’s $119 is from Shape’s own blog; Mloflo’s price is from Capterra. Zeitro is left out on purpose: at $8 to $35 a month it is a pricing engine and point-of-sale tool, not a CRM. Always get your own quote.

04 · The eleven, one at a time

What each one is actually for.

Where it wins, where it falls short, and who should pick it. Vendor claims are marked as such.

Shape

$119 per user · Encompass, LendingPad, Arive, Blend, nCino · LoanSifter pricing, LendingDox

Wins: the deepest mortgage-specific plumbing at a solo price. Live rate pricing through LoanSifter, named Arive support, and a “Complete” tier that bundles five users. Loan officers on Reddit report paying under $200 a month with no setup fee. Falls short: the pricing page shows tiers without numbers, so you still confirm the figure on a call, and the same Reddit thread that praises it describes the interface as dated. Pick it if you are one to five people, your workflow depends on a pricing engine, and you already have a website and someone to answer the phone.

TheBigBot

$197 or $497 flat, unlimited users · $499 setup · LOS confirmed at onboarding

Wins: the only flat price on this page, and the only platform that includes a 50-page website built for you, a 24/7 AI receptionist on your number, campaigns, and, on the Pro plan, weekly content published under your brand. From three seats it is the cheapest option here, before counting what the others make you buy separately. Falls short: at one seat, Shape, Jungo, Bonzo and BNTouch are all cheaper, and we would rather say so. We are not built for a bank’s compliance department. And the LOS integration is confirmed for your system during onboarding rather than listed as native for every LOS on a pricing page; ask, and we will tell you whether yours is native or a bridge. Pick it if the CRM is not actually the thing you are missing. The mortgage CRM page covers what is included.

BNTouch

$165 solo, $95 per team seat · Encompass, Calyx, BytePro

Wins: mortgage marketing is built in rather than bolted on, the per-seat price is the lowest of the published options at team scale, and the vendor names Calyx and BytePro, which most do not. Falls short: the fine print. A $125 or $95 per seat setup fee, a two-seat minimum on the team plan, a 5,000-record cap with $5 per thousand above it, and SMS metered at $0.03 a segment after the first hundred. None of that is hidden, but none of it is in the headline either. Pick it if you are a two-to-ten person team that wants campaigns without a second tool. Read our BNTouch comparison for the seat maths.

Jungo

$96 to $149 per user · $249 to $299 setup · Encompass, Velocity, LendingPad, Byte

Wins: if your company already lives in Salesforce, Jungo carries over the objects, permissions and reports you have, and its Bundle tier syncs with four named LOS platforms. It is one of the few vendors that publishes a full price grid. Falls short: it is Salesforce, with everything that implies. The thread we read has the harshest words on this page for it: “Salesforce bloat” from the original poster, and a two-point reply calling the company’s management “super unethical”, with another user advising you budget for a Jungo developer to set it up. One-year minimum on annual plans. Pick it if Salesforce is already the decision and you have someone to administer it.

Surefire (ICE Mortgage Technology)

Quote only · Encompass native, LendingQB, Floify

Wins: owned by ICE, so the Encompass integration is the real thing rather than a connector, and the pre-built borrower campaigns are the most mature in the category. Falls short: no published price anywhere. GetApp lists it as “no pricing info” and the estimates that circulate, $150 to $300 a seat, come from competitors. Loan officers describe it as having “legacy vibes”. Pick it if you run Encompass at scale and have a procurement process. See our Surefire comparison for what to ask on the quote call.

Total Expert

Enterprise, quote only · Encompass, Empower (Dark Matter)

Wins: built for banks and large IMBs with compliance teams, multi-branch reporting, and co-marketing with real estate partners that one Reddit user singles out as “really useful”. The Empower integration is bidirectional. Falls short: there is no price to publish because it is not sold that way, and onboarding is quoted separately. This is not a product for a team of four. Pick it if you are a bank or a 200-plus loan officer lender. Our Total Expert comparison is for the teams that are not.

Bonzo

$150 per solo seat · team price on request · LOS sync generic

Wins: the strongest video and text outreach of the group, with direct lead feeds from Zillow, Bankrate and LendingTree. Loan officers like it. Falls short: only the solo seat price is published, the team price did not render on the pricing page when we checked, no LOS is named, and the Reddit thread’s summary is “good but expensive per user”, with one removed comment complaining about flaky text automations. Pick it if your business runs on outreach and you are happy to get a quote for more than one seat.

Lendware (formerly Aidium)

Quote only · SimpleNexus, nCino; “native integrations”

Wins: a modern interface with guided workflows aimed at solo loan officers, which Aidium built its reputation on. Falls short: Lendware acquired Aidium’s assets in October 2025 and the published price went with them; the old $139-a-month figure that older guides still quote is no longer on any vendor page. If a guide you are reading calls it Aidium and gives a price, that guide is stale. Pick it if you liked Aidium and want to see what Lendware has done with it, but get the price in writing first.

Follow Up Boss

$69 per user; $499 for 10 · no contract · no LOS

Wins: the best-liked CRM in the thread that was not built for mortgage. Fast, clean, no contract, and the ten-user Pro plan at $499 is competitive. Falls short: it is a real-estate CRM owned by Zillow. There is no LOS integration; the loan officers using it push Arive data through Zapier and report that it only works well in one direction. Calling is a $39 add-on per user. Pick it if you are a realtor-originator hybrid team and the mortgage side is secondary.

Mloflo

$199.99 per user (Capterra) · no LOS named

Wins: it exists and it is mortgage-specific. Falls short: the vendor’s own pricing page would not load for us, the only published figure is on Capterra, no LOS is named, and the one loan officer who mentions it in the thread says “avoid MLOFLO at all costs”. One anonymous comment is not a verdict, but at $199.99 a seat you deserve more evidence than we could find. Pick it if you can get a live demo and a reference customer.

Salesforce Financial Services Cloud

$325 to $750 per user, billed annually · no LOS named

Wins: if you are an enterprise with a Salesforce administrator on staff, nothing is more configurable. Falls short: the $25 price that other guides quote for Salesforce is Sales Cloud Starter, not the mortgage product; Financial Services Cloud starts at $325 a user and Digital Origination is $175,000 a year per organisation. One loan officer in the thread was quoted $50,000 to rebuild what his team had configured. Pick it if you are a bank. Do not pick it because a listicle said $25.

05 · The rest of the bill

What you still buy separately.

A CRM is not a website, a phone system or a content engine. Add those line items before you decide anything is cheap.

Open full size to zoom Table: what each mortgage CRM includes beyond the CRM itself, per its own site, September 2026. Columns: website built for you, phone answering by AI receptionist, email and SMS campaigns, weekly content published. TheBigBot includes all four. BNTouch, Shape, Jungo, Surefire, Total Expert, Bonzo, Lendware and Follow Up Boss include email and SMS campaigns only; the other three are bought separately.
Every mortgage CRM here includes email and SMS campaigns. A website built for you, a phone that gets answered around the clock, and weekly published content are separate purchases everywhere except TheBigBot, where they are what the flat price is for.

06 · LOS integrations

Which CRM names your LOS.

Named support on the vendor’s own site is not the same as a Zapier bridge. This is what each vendor says, not what a comparison site says about them.

PlatformEncompassCalyxLendingPadAriveByteProAlso named
ShapeNamedNamedNamedBlend, nCino, LendingDox

MlofloNone named
Salesforce FSC“Various lending systems”

“Named” means the LOS appears on the vendor’s own site. “Third-party listing” means it appears on Capterra or GetApp but not on the vendor’s site. One practical note from the field: loan officers on Reddit report that Arive only opens its API to larger accounts, so “Arive integration” can mean note sync for some customers and not for others. Ask what you are getting.

07 · From the field

What loan officers say when no vendor is listening.

From a November 2025 thread on r/loanoriginators asking “What mortgage CRM are you using right now and is it actually worth it?”, 92% upvoted, still getting replies in August 2026.

Open full size to zoom Four quotes from loan officers on r/loanoriginators, November 2025: Jungo equals Salesforce bloat, Bonzo good but expensive per user, Surefire legacy vibes, Shape decent but UI feels dated; I'm getting killed on my responses no matter how fast I'm getting to them; we were quoted $50,000 to rebuild what we had on Salesforce; Arive to Follow Up Boss works much better than Follow Up Boss to Arive.

“I feel like the mortgage CRM market is stuck in 2015. Jungo = Salesforce bloat. Bonzo = good but expensive per user. Surefire = legacy vibes. Shape = decent but UI feels dated. I don’t need 500 features. I need automated lead routing, texting that actually delivers, a clean pipeline view, follow-up that isn’t drip spam, review generation, something my LOs will actually log into. Has anyone found something that’s modern, simple, and NOT $300+ per month per user?”

Original poster, r/loanoriginators, 20 November 2025

“I’m getting killed on my responses recently no matter how fast I’m getting to them.”

Top-scored reply. The complaint is speed to lead, which is a phone problem, not a CRM problem.

“Tried to re-build what we have configured on Salesforce and we were quoted $50,000.”

On why the same user moved to Shape at under $200 a month with no setup fee

“Jungo can be good, but know you might need to have a Jungo developer help set it up or tailor it some.”

A gentler take than the thread’s harshest one, which called the company’s management unethical

“Both systems have Zapier integrations. Though Arive to Follow Up Boss works much better than Follow Up Boss to Arive.”

On running a real-estate CRM for mortgage

“Really like it for the most part. It’s not 100% perfect but has a lot of automations, plus the co-marketing is really useful.”

On Total Expert, the only enterprise tool anyone in the thread defends

A caution on reading the thread yourself. Moderators removed at least six vendor plugs, several one-point testimonials for the same product appear months apart in identical tone, and the original poster endorses a recommendation within minutes of it being made. Treat the complaints as more reliable than the praise. Nobody astroturfs a complaint about their own product.

The pattern across every genuine comment is the same three things: a ceiling of about $300 a seat, tools their loan officers refuse to log into, and speed to lead. That last one deserves its own number. Velocify’s study of 3.5 million leads, the largest on the subject, found leads called within one minute converted at 391% the baseline rate. The study is from 2016, and nothing since has contradicted it. No CRM dials in one minute at 9pm. Something that answers the phone does.

08 · By situation

Which one is right for your situation.

There is no single best mortgage CRM. There is a best one for your seat count, your LOS and what you already own.

👤

Solo loan officer, CRM only

Shape or Jungo’s Mortgage App at $119, Bonzo at $150, BNTouch at $165. All four beat us at one seat and we say so.

👥

Two to ten people

Per-seat pricing starts to hurt here. BNTouch at $95 per seat is the best per-seat deal; a flat plan stops mattering how many people you add.

🏢

Enterprise lender

Total Expert and Surefire are built for compliance teams, multi-branch reporting and enterprise onboarding. We are not, and would not pretend otherwise.

Already on Salesforce

Jungo sits on top of it; Financial Services Cloud is the first-party route at $325 a user. Nothing else here carries your existing objects and reports over.

📏

Need a pricing engine

Shape integrates LoanSifter for live rates and names Arive. If your workflow depends on either, that outweighs the seat maths.

📡

No website, no one on the phone

Every option above assumes you already generate the leads and answer the calls. If you do not, that is the gap we built for. See the next section.

09 · The ones we left out

Why the generic CRMs on Google’s first page are not on this list.

Search this term and the first page is Pipedrive, monday.com, Salesforce and Creatio, each ranking a guide in which their own product comes first. They are good general CRMs. They are not mortgage CRMs, and the guides prove it: Pipedrive’s five “best mortgage CRMs” are Pipedrive, Google Sheets, Trello, Notion and an LOS. monday’s guide quotes Salesforce at $25 a user, which is the Sales Cloud starter tier, not Financial Services Cloud. None of them names an LOS, states a setup fee, or quotes a loan officer.

A general CRM can be made to work for mortgage. It means you build the loan stages, the borrower fields, the compliance-safe texting and the LOS sync yourself, or pay someone to. HubSpot at $45 a seat plus a consultant is not cheaper than BNTouch at $95 with the mortgage work already done. If you have a RevOps person who enjoys that, Pipedrive at $14 a seat is a fine chassis. If you are a loan officer, buy the thing that already knows what a 1003 is.

10 · Where we fit

Where TheBigBot is and is not the answer.

The honest version, since we are on our own list.

Pick something else if

You need a specialist mortgage CRM and nothing more.

  • You are a single loan officer. Shape, Jungo, Bonzo and BNTouch are all cheaper than our $197 at one seat, and we would rather say so.
  • You are an enterprise lender needing branch-level compliance reporting and a formal onboarding programme.
  • Your process depends on LendingDox, LoanSifter live pricing, or a Salesforce org you already run.
  • You already have a website, a marketing engine and someone answering the phone, and all three work.
Pick TheBigBot if

The CRM is not actually the thing you are missing.

  • You are adding people and do not want the software bill to grow with headcount.
  • Calls go unanswered after 5pm, and the leads you paid for do not get called back inside the window that decides them.
  • You are paying separately for a website, a CRM, an email tool and an answering service.
  • Nobody is working the database you already own: the past clients and dead leads sitting in it.
11 · Before you sign anything

Nine questions to ask on every demo call.

Including ours. These are the questions whose answers change the price after you have signed.

1. What is the total for my actual seat count? Not the per-user headline. Say the number of people and ask for the monthly total, including anyone read-only, and whether there is a minimum. BNTouch’s team plan starts at two.

2. What is the setup or onboarding fee? Ours is $499. Jungo’s is $249 to $299, BNTouch’s is $95 to $125 per seat. Enterprise onboarding elsewhere can run into thousands and is quoted separately from the licence.

3. Is the contract annual? Jungo’s annual tiers carry a one-year minimum; Salesforce bills annually. A monthly headline price on a twelve-month commitment is a twelve-month decision. Ask what happens if you leave in month four.

4. What is billed as usage on top? Calls, texts, emails and AI minutes are usually metered somewhere. BNTouch meters SMS at $0.03 a segment after the first hundred. Ask for the per-unit rates in writing; ours are published.

5. Does it connect to my LOS, or to a version of it? Named support for Encompass, Arive, LendingPad or BytePro is not the same as a Zapier bridge, and even named support can be one-directional. Ask specifically whether notes and status sync both ways for an account your size.

6. Who does the data migration, and is it included? Contacts are easy. Pipelines, custom fields, notes and historical activity are where migrations stall.

7. What happens to my data if I leave? Ask for the export format before you need it, not after.

8. Is the AI answering the phone, or writing the follow-up? Both are sold as “AI” and they are completely different products. Ask to hear a recording of a real call.

9. What do I still have to buy separately? A CRM is not a website, a phone system, or a content engine. Add those line items to the comparison before you decide anything is cheap.

13 · Questions people actually ask

Mortgage CRM questions, answered plainly.

What is the best mortgage CRM in 2026?
+
There is no single answer, and any guide that gives you one is selling something. For a solo loan officer who needs a CRM only, Shape or Jungo’s Mortgage App at $119 per user are the cheapest credible options with a published price. For small teams, BNTouch at $95 per user. For enterprise lenders, Surefire or Total Expert. For Salesforce shops, Jungo or Financial Services Cloud. TheBigBot suits teams that want a flat price with unlimited users and the website, campaigns and phone answering included.
How much does a mortgage CRM cost per user in 2026?
+
Published per-user prices run from $69 (Follow Up Boss, not mortgage-specific) through $95 to $165 (BNTouch), $96 to $149 (Jungo), $119 (Shape), $150 (Bonzo solo) and $199.99 (Mloflo) up to $325 to $750 (Salesforce Financial Services Cloud). Surefire, Total Expert and Lendware do not publish prices. Setup fees of $95 to $299 and annual minimums are common. TheBigBot is $197 or $497 a month flat for unlimited users plus a $499 setup.
Which mortgage CRMs integrate with Encompass?
+
Surefire, which ICE owns alongside Encompass, has the native integration. Shape, BNTouch, Jungo and Total Expert all name Encompass on their own sites. Bonzo and Lendware describe LOS sync without naming Encompass. Follow Up Boss, Mloflo and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud do not name it. Always ask whether the integration syncs both directions for an account your size.
Which mortgage CRMs work with Arive?
+
Shape names Arive on its site. Follow Up Boss users connect Arive through Zapier and report it works in one direction better than the other. Loan officers on Reddit also report that Arive opens its API only to larger accounts, so “Arive integration” can mean full note sync for one customer and lead push for another. Confirm what your account size gets before signing.
Is Salesforce a mortgage CRM?
+
Salesforce sells Financial Services Cloud, which has mortgage features, at $325 to $750 per user per month billed annually, and Digital Origination at $175,000 per organisation per year. The $25 figure quoted in several guides is Sales Cloud Starter, a general CRM with no mortgage functionality. Jungo is a mortgage layer built on Salesforce. For a team without a Salesforce administrator, neither is a practical choice.
Why do loan officers complain about Jungo?
+
The complaints in the r/loanoriginators thread we reviewed are about complexity and cost of setup rather than features: “Salesforce bloat”, needing a Jungo developer to tailor it, and one user’s view of the company’s management. In its favour, Jungo publishes a full price grid, names four LOS platforms, and carries over an existing Salesforce configuration, which nothing else on this page does.
Do I need a CRM as a solo loan officer?
+
Some high producers in the thread say no and run on a legal pad. The honest test is whether leads are slipping between contacts. The average loan officer closes about 21 loans a year, per National Mortgage Professional’s 2024 figures; the top ten percent close 53. The difference is mostly follow-up. If your follow-up is already disciplined, a $119 CRM is a convenience. If it is not, it is the cheapest fix available.
What is the difference between a CRM and an LOS?
+
The loan origination system (Encompass, Calyx, LendingPad, Arive, BytePro) processes the loan: application, disclosures, underwriting, closing. The CRM manages the relationship before and after: lead capture, follow-up, pipeline, marketing, reviews. Every CRM on this page needs a connection to your LOS so that a lead becomes a loan without re-keying, which is why the LOS column matters more than most feature lists.
Is a flat-rate mortgage CRM cheaper than per-seat?
+
At one seat, no. Shape and Jungo at $119, Bonzo at $150 and BNTouch at $165 are all cheaper than TheBigBot at $197. At two seats BNTouch is still $7 cheaper. From three seats the flat plan is cheaper than every per-seat option, and by ten seats the gap is $750 to $1,300 a month before setup fees. The break-even depends only on how many people need a login.
Does TheBigBot integrate with my loan origination system?
+
Tell us which LOS you use during onboarding and we confirm whether the connection is native or a bridge before you go live, rather than listing every LOS as supported on a pricing page. Ask the same question of every vendor here; the answer is often different for a five-seat account and a fifty-seat one.
What does “AI” mean in a mortgage CRM?
+
Usually one of two different things. Most CRMs use AI to write follow-up messages, score leads or summarise notes. A smaller number use it to answer the phone, qualify the caller and book the appointment live. Both are sold as “AI”. Ask which one you are being shown, and ask to hear a real recorded call if the answer is the second.
How often is this comparison updated?
+
Every price and integration on this page was checked against the vendor’s own site on 8 September 2026, and the date at the top changes whenever we re-check. If you find something out of date, tell us through the contact page and we will correct it, including where the correction favours a competitor.
