A BNTouch alternative that stops charging by the seat.

BNTouch is a good mortgage CRM with published pricing, and below three seats it is cheaper than we are. Past that, per-user pricing does what per-user pricing always does. Here is the arithmetic and the honest case for both.

Short answer

BNTouch publishes $165 a month for a solo loan officer and $95 per user for teams, and includes a digital 1003, e-signatures and a borrower portal. TheBigBot is $197 or $497 flat with unlimited users. BNTouch is cheaper at one and two seats; the crossover is three, and the gap widens from there.

01 · The short answer

Where the two actually differ.

BNTouch is one of the few mortgage CRMs on our comparison pages that publishes its pricing, and it deserves credit for that: $165 a month solo, $95 per user for teams. It also ships a genuinely mortgage-specific feature set — a digital 1003, e-signatures, a borrower portal and a library of 500+ prebuilt campaigns.

Here is the arithmetic, because it decides most of this. One seat is $165 against our $197, so they are cheaper. Two seats is $190, still cheaper. Three seats is $285 against our flat $197, and that is the crossover. Five is $475. Ten is $950. Our plan price does not move at any of those points.

The second difference is scope. BNTouch is a CRM with mortgage tooling attached, and it assumes you already generate the leads and answer the phone. TheBigBot includes the website, the campaigns and an AI receptionist that answers inbound calls 24/7. If your bottleneck is that calls go unanswered after 5pm, a better CRM does not fix it.

Where they are straightforwardly ahead: if your workflow depends on taking an application inside the CRM — the digital 1003, the borrower portal, e-signatures — that is built into BNTouch and is not something we offer. That should outweigh the seat maths if it is how you work.

03 · Credit where it’s due

What BNTouch is genuinely good at.

A comparison where the other tool wins nothing convinces nobody.

📜

Published pricing, plainly

Solo and team rates on the site, no quote call. In this category that is rarer than it should be and we will not pretend otherwise

📄

Application tooling built in

A digital 1003, e-signatures and a borrower portal inside the CRM. We do not offer those, and if you take applications that way it matters more than price

💰

Cheaper below three seats

$165 solo and $190 for two, against our flat $197. If that is your team size, they win the arithmetic

04 · Which one is right for you

Be honest about what you need.

We would rather you pick the right tool than churn in month three.

Stay with BNTouch if

It is already the right shape for you.

  • You are one or two people, where their per-seat pricing is genuinely cheaper than our flat plan.
  • You take applications inside the CRM — digital 1003, borrower portal, e-signatures.
  • You want a large library of prebuilt mortgage campaigns to run yourself.
  • You already have a website and someone answering the phone, and both work.
Choose TheBigBot if

The CRM is not the thing you are missing.

  • You have three or more people, which is where the per-seat maths turns against you.
  • Calls go unanswered after hours, and the leads you paid for never get called back.
  • You are paying separately for a website, a CRM, an email tool and an answering service.
  • You want content produced for you rather than a library you have to operate.

06 · Questions people actually ask

Questions from teams comparing the two.

What does BNTouch cost?
+
BNTouch publishes $165 a month for an individual loan officer and $95 per user, per month for teams, with a two-user minimum on team plans and custom pricing for enterprise. Confirm on their site before deciding, since pricing changes.
At what team size does TheBigBot become cheaper?
+
Three. One seat of BNTouch is $165 and two is $190, both under our flat $197. Three seats is $285, five is $475 and ten is $950, while our plan price stays where it is. If you are one or two people, they are the cheaper buy and we would rather say so.
Does TheBigBot have a digital 1003?
+
No. BNTouch includes a digital 1003, e-signatures and a borrower portal, and we do not offer an equivalent. If your process depends on taking the application inside the CRM, that is a genuine reason to choose them regardless of seat count.
What do you have that BNTouch does not?
+
An AI receptionist answering inbound calls 24/7 and booking into the calendar, a website of up to 50 pages, and weekly content published under your brand on the Pro plan. BNTouch assumes you already have the leads and the phone covered.
Is BNTouch a good mortgage CRM?
+
Yes. It publishes its pricing, it is built specifically for mortgage rather than adapted to it, and for a solo loan officer or a two-person team it is a sound choice. Our argument is about what happens when the team grows and what sits around the CRM, not about whether the CRM is any good.
Can I move my data from BNTouch?
+
Contacts, pipelines and custom fields import by CSV, and there is no contact limit on any of our plans, so you are not choosing which records to bring. Historical activity and notes are the part worth asking about on the demo, since that is where migrations usually stall.
