⚖️ Policy-safe

Built to stay inside Google's rules.

Google allows you to ask for reviews. It does not allow you to ask only the happy customers, or to pay for them. TheBigBot sends the same request to every customer at the same point in the workflow, never filters by sentiment, and never offers an incentive. Unhappy customers get a reply, not a detour.

Where it fits

The ask is part of the job, not an extra step.

The request fires from the same workflow that ran the appointment: the booking is marked complete, the invoice is paid, or the case closes, and the text goes out. Replies and new reviews land in the unified inbox next to everything else. For a dental practice that means every hygiene visit is asked; for a law firm, every closed matter; for a loan officer, every funded loan, with a nudge to the referring agent too.

The AI receptionist booked 14 appointments in my first week without me lifting a finger. This is pure revenue I wasn't seeing before — and it never sleeps.

FAQ · Questions

Things people ask.

Which review sites does it work with?
+
Google Business Profile and Facebook are connected directly, so requests link straight to your review form and new reviews appear in your inbox. For other sites such as Yelp, Avvo or Healthgrades you can add a link and the request will offer it alongside Google.
When is the review request sent?
+
Whenever you decide in the workflow. Most businesses send it one to two hours after an appointment is marked complete or an invoice is paid, by text first and email a day later if there is no click. Timing, channel and wording are all yours to change.
Can I edit the message?
+
Yes. The request is a normal template with merge fields for the customer's name, the staff member and the service, so it reads like a note from your team rather than a form letter.
Can I reply to Google reviews from TheBigBot?
+
Yes. Google and Facebook reviews arrive in the unified inbox with an AI-drafted reply attached. Edit it or write your own and it posts to Google without leaving the inbox.
Is asking for reviews allowed by Google?
+
Yes. Google's policy allows businesses to ask customers for reviews. What it prohibits is review gating, meaning asking only customers you expect to be positive, and offering anything in return. TheBigBot asks everyone the same way and offers nothing, which keeps you inside the policy.
Does it show my reviews on my website?
+
Yes. The review widget embeds on any website and shows your latest Google and Facebook reviews with the star rating, refreshing as new ones come in. If we built your site, it is already on the page.
What happens with a bad review?
+
It lands in your inbox like any other with a suggested reply, and you can set an alert so the owner sees anything under four stars immediately. Answering quickly and in public is what other customers reading the review actually judge you on.
Is review management included in every plan?
+
Yes. Automatic requests, the inbox, AI replies, the website widget and reporting are included in every TheBigBot plan. The only usage cost is the text messages themselves, billed at the carrier rate on the usage fees page.
