TheBigBot is the AI growth platform we wished existed when we were running service businesses. Instead of stitching 12 tools together, we built one that handles everything — and we're obsessive about making it transparent, unlimited, and honest.
From broken stack to one platform.
It started in 2023. Our team was running a mid-size mortgage brokerage and paying $2,400/month for a stack of 14 tools — Calendly, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Typeform, Twilio, a CRM, a dialer, a review service, and half a dozen one-offs. None of them talked to each other. Leads fell through the cracks. Our team wasted 10 hours a week on data entry.
We tried the "all-in-one" platforms. They were either expensive enterprise tools that took 6 months to configure, or stripped-down SMBs tools that were missing half of what we needed. None of them had AI that actually worked in a real business conversation.
So we built our own. First for our brokerage. Then for 3 friends. Then 30. Now 127 businesses across mortgage, dental, legal, and service industries run on TheBigBot, processing 5.3 million leads and handling 17,000 users — all on one platform.
