Onboarding & Setup

How long does onboarding take?

Most businesses are fully live in 2 days. Your $500 setup fee covers done-for-you onboarding: data import, website build, workflow configuration, and a live training webinar for your team.
Do I need technical skills?
+
No. TheBigBot is designed for business owners, not developers. Drag-and-drop everything. Our onboarding team handles the technical setup for you.
What do I need to provide?

Your existing contact list (CSV or from HubSpot/Mailchimp/etc.), branding (logo, colors), and a 30-min call to walk through your workflows. We handle the rest.

How billing works

How much does TheBigBot cost?

Four editions: Standard $197/mo, Legal & Formation $297/mo, Mortgage $350/mo, Dental $450/mo. Each has a one-time $500 setup fee. Plus transparent usage fees for SMS, calls, email, and AI tokens based on your actual usage. See Pricing and Usage Fees.
Is there a contract?

No. Month-to-month. Cancel anytime in one click from your dashboard.
Do you offer refunds?
+
We don't offer standard refunds, but we refund duplicate charges, billing errors, and the setup fee within 14 days if we can't get you live. See our Refund Policy.
Are there hidden fees?

No. Every possible charge is listed on the Usage Fees page. If we ever add a new chargeable item, you get 30 days' notice.

Are all features included in every plan?

Yes. All 20 features are included in every edition. Industry editions (Mortgage, Dental, Legal) add industry-specific prebuilt assets and workflows on top.
Really unlimited contacts?

Really. 10 contacts or 10 million — your base price stays the same. No tiered pricing on contacts, users, pipelines, forms, or workflows.
Does the AI receptionist actually work?

Can I bring my own phone number?

Yes. Our dental edition includes HIPAA-compliant infrastructure and BAAs available on request. Other editions can be configured for HIPAA compliance when needed.
Is my data secure?

SOC 2 Type II certified. Data encrypted at rest and in transit. Daily backups. Role-based access control. Dedicated infrastructure for enterprise accounts.
Can I export my data if I leave?
