Where Storey wins
Storey fits a broker who places many loan types and needs a site that keeps them organized. Programs, calculators and buying routes sit on separate floors, and each calculator shows the rule it follows.
Brokers with a wide program menuPrograms organized like floors
Sixteen loan types sit in a numbered structure, so a borrower browsing DSCR never has to scroll past FHA to find it.
Calculators that show their working
Each tool cites the rule it follows, which answers the "where did that come from" question before it is asked.
Separate routes for buying and refinancing
Two different people with two different questions get two different paths instead of one blended page.
Also on the site
Sixteen programs. From 30-year fixed and FHA to jumbo and DSCR investment loans.
Nine calculators. Payment, amortization, affordability, refinance break-even and rent versus buy.
Floor navigation. A distinctive menu that groups programs, calculators and routes.
Show-your-working tools. Calculators cite the rules they follow, which builds borrower trust.
How to organize sixteen loan programs on one site
A long program list only helps if a borrower can find their loan in two clicks. These are the structural choices behind Storey.
Group by borrower, not by investor
Purchase, refinance, government, jumbo and investor groups match how borrowers describe themselves. Nobody searches for an agency guideline.
One page per program
Each loan type gets its own URL with who it suits, the minimum down payment, mortgage insurance and the documents needed, which is the page search engines rank.
Calculators linked from programs
A program page that links to the matching calculator answers the cost question without a call. Storey’s nine calculators include payment, amortization, affordability, refinance break-even and rent versus buy.
Jumbo defined by the limit
A jumbo page should say it starts above the FHFA conforming loan limit for the county, which changes every year, rather than quoting a fixed figure that goes stale.
DSCR kept with investor loans
Programs qualified on rental income belong in their own group, so an owner-occupant never mistakes them for a home loan.

Rebuilding Storey as your site
Storey’s value is its structure, so the rebuild maps your real product list onto its floors before any copy is written.
- Your menu, floor by floor. Your programs are sorted into Storey’s numbered program index, and any of the sixteen you do not place are removed.
- Rules cited in your terms. Each calculator keeps its show-your-working note, updated to the limits and overlays you actually use.
- Buying and refinancing kept apart. The two routes are rewritten for your purchase and refinance business, each ending at its own contact path.
Pick Storey if
If not, Willow Creek or Throughline may suit you better.
- You place sixteen kinds of loan and none of them should be buried
- Borrowers ask how you worked a number out
- You want a program index that reads like a menu, not a list
