To cover: infrastructure (99.99% uptime SLA), customer support, fraud monitoring, compliance (A2P, GDPR, HIPAA), carrier relationships, and ongoing platform development. We keep the markup honest and show the underlying cost so you always know exactly what you're paying for.
Can I set a spending cap?

Yes. Set a monthly usage cap in your dashboard — we'll pause usage-billed features (SMS, calls, AI) when you hit it. Base plan access never stops.
Do I get real-time usage tracking?

Yes. Your dashboard shows live counters for every cost category — AI tokens, SMS segments, call minutes, email sends, number rentals. You can drill down to individual conversations and workflows.
When are usage fees billed?

Usage fees are accrued during the month and charged at the end of your billing cycle, alongside your next base-plan invoice. You'll see an itemized statement with line items for every category.
What if carrier prices change?

Wholesale prices rarely change, but when they do (e.g., Twilio's annual updates), we pass the change through on the next billing cycle and update this page. You'll get 30 days' notice via email.
Can I prepay for usage?

Yes. Add prepaid credits to your account; usage deducts from there first before your card is charged. Useful for budgeting or running PPC campaigns with known spend.
Are there any "hidden" fees?
