Account information: name, email, company, phone, billing address, payment method.
Your customer data: contacts, conversations, calls, files you upload to run your business through TheBigBot.
Usage data: how you interact with the Service (logins, feature usage, IP address, browser, device).
Communications: messages you send to support or sales.
3. How We Use Your Information
To provide and operate the Service, process payments, communicate with you about your account, improve the Service, detect fraud, comply with legal obligations, and (with your consent) send marketing emails.
4. Sharing Your Data
We share data with: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), infrastructure providers (AWS, Google Cloud), communication providers (Twilio, SendGrid), analytics (Google Analytics), and legal authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, we retain data for 30 days (for recovery) and then anonymize or delete it, except where required by law.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security: TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 at rest, SOC 2 Type II controls, daily backups, and role-based access control. No system is 100% secure — we notify affected users within 72 hours of any confirmed breach.
8. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies (for login and core functionality), analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand usage, and marketing cookies (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight) for advertising. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
9. Children
The Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. International Users
TheBigBot is operated from the USA. If you are outside the USA, your data will be transferred to the USA for processing. We comply with EU-US Data Privacy Framework for EU data transfers.
11. Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be emailed to account owners 30 days in advance.
