Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

TheBigBot exists to help honest businesses grow. This Acceptable Use Policy defines what's prohibited. Violations can result in warnings, feature restrictions, or immediate account termination — depending on severity.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use TheBigBot to send or host:

• Spam (unsolicited bulk messages)
• Content promoting illegal activities
• Adult content, explicit material, or content targeting minors
• Hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Malware, phishing, or fraudulent links
• Counterfeit goods or pirated material
• Gambling / lottery promotions (except in licensed jurisdictions)
• High-risk financial products without regulatory approval

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use TheBigBot to:

• Send SMS/email without proper opt-in consent (TCPA/CAN-SPAM violation)
• Scrape or harvest contacts from third-party sources
• Impersonate another person or business
• Bypass our security or access controls
• Overwhelm our infrastructure (DDoS, abuse)
• Reverse engineer or copy our platform
• Resell TheBigBot as your own product without a partner agreement
• Run call centers, robocalls, or mass outbound campaigns without A2P compliance

4. Consent & Opt-Ins

All contacts you import or capture must have provided explicit opt-in consent to receive communications. You are responsible for maintaining records of consent. For SMS, consent must comply with TCPA. For email, consent must comply with CAN-SPAM or GDPR.

5. Industries We Don't Support

We don't allow accounts for: payday loans, debt settlement (without state license), cryptocurrency ICOs, escort services, firearms, cannabis (where federally illegal), MLM/pyramid schemes, or any industry where our compliance team determines risk is too high.

6. Enforcement

Violations may result in:

• Warning: First-time minor violations
• Feature suspension: SMS/email sending paused pending review
• Account suspension: Full access revoked for serious violations
• Termination: Permanent removal with no refund

We report illegal activity to law enforcement when required.
