We charge $0.675 for 1000 emails for all the plans at a lower cost than most major SMTP providers compared to $0.80/1000 with MailGun.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes. We charge a small setup fee. We pay for many website tools on your behalf and we have to cover those costs. (ex. hosting, SSL Cert, website tools). The setup fee is one time only. You can also do setup with yourself.

What is the difference between Business Plan And Team Plan?
The Business Plan is for a mortgage company or individual originator. The Team plan includes up to 15 originator profile pages with links to applications, etc. We will build out the pages for you. So if you have 2-15 originators that want profile pages this the Team plan is the right one to choose.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. Your mortgage site can use an existing domain name that you own, or you can purchase a new domain name.
What are your hosting fees?
Hosting is included in our monthly fee.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes. We charge a small setup fee. We pay for many website tools on your behalf and we have to cover those costs. (ex. hosting, SSL Cert, website tools). The setup fee is one time only. You can also do setup with yourself.
Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up?
Yes. When you sign up and use a TheBigBot mortgage website you will need to pick a plan and enter your credit card details.
